Apply your eyeprimer and a base.....
Urban Decay eyeprimerpotin (surprise, surprise hehe)
Milk from Nyx Jumbo eyepencil
Apply a yellow color in the inner corner and under the eye inner corner, this will work as a highlightcolor.....Using a brush like Mac`s 239, a flat shader brush to pack on as much color, for an intence look.....
Shadow from Ben Nye and Sugarpill Burning heart pallet
(Apply a piece of tape on each side creating a sharp edge)
Apply a light green color in the middle of the lid. And a turqouise/blue/green color in the outer corner of the eye. Apply it in the crease line going down over the light green and towards the yellow. Blend all the colors well together. Also in the crease....nothing on the brush...
Using colors from Ben Nye pallet
Here applying a blue color in the outer v........(from my Ben nye pallet)
Using a pencilbrush like a Mac 219
Applying a deep purple color in the outer v on top of the blue color......
Now blending, blending and blending.......
Using a blending brush like Mac `s 217
Sometimes I reapply the color in the outer v, to deepen the color more.... ....blend a little gently after that...
Apply the same colors as on the lid under the eye (same order)....
When you are done blending carefully remove the tape......
Take the purple color under the outer v to connect it to the upper part of the eye....
Now apply your eyeliner, I`m using Mac`s fluidline Blacktrack. Wing it....
Also apply something in the waterline, black kohl pencil or a turqouise eyepencil looks cool.....

A little red blush on the cheeks to complete your rainbow theme......
