Totally loving this rich,creamy and intence eyeliner....and like à lot of people said one of the most Black eyepencils...
This is really my go to pencil/eyeliner right now .....
Love the name Perversion...and in à way I guess u can say it is pervertedly Black....
Love it as à black base, normal winged eyeliner, and in the waterline...
Urban Decay has done à really Hood job With it....
