At the beach....and a Little reminder to all of your sun worshipers out there...or all of you who just enjoy being outside......
Use SUNBLOCK....
so important no matter what skin type , skincolor, age......
Use sunblock to prevent you from getting cancer, spots, aging skin....wrincles.....
And more.....
Be good to your skin this summer and try to use sunblock....even if you`re at the beach and swimming and sunbathing every other second....use waterproof sunblock..and reapply a little now and then.....doesnt hurt anyway...
And even if you`re not laying trying to tan...where ever you are...use sunblóck...cause the sun will get to you even when its cloudy....or feels colder....all year around really....:)
I know i sound like a nag right now....but I havent really used sunblock, cause I never "burned" my self but realized just a couple of years ago that ven I have to use that beacause I dont want wrinkles (to early), and cancer....and other skin problems.....if I can help it....
Its in your own Power to change or take Control over.......
Nowadays there are so many different kinds...that it doesnt at all have to be difficult you can spray it on.......:).....
And even though you`re not being straight in the sun...maybe out shopping....wear Foundation with SPF...or a primer...or a daycreme..or a bb Cream.......most brands have it...a Little lower but at least you`re wearing something...
