Pretty innovative.......you gently press down your powder puff or what ever you are using to apply it on top pf the White part of it....
This "pumps/pops" powder up above the "fabric"/net ....and then apply...just really noticed that make sure to use a small amount...cause this powder is so effective you dont need much at all......:)
A small amount goes a long way...
It is like it says truely Amazing on transforming your skin.....makes your skin feel like it has a layer of silk on top....looove that smooth feeling.......never felt anything like it earlier......with any other powder....
I am really happy with it...but will defintly give you a Review of it later on......
And the powder is so ultra thin.........Amazing that you can grind it that thin....I know that the thinner it is the better quality it usually is.....
I am sooo happy I managed to get this Amazing Product.......
